Latino American Who’s Who Recognizes Raquel Vallejo

Ms. Raquel Vallejo is a family law and divorce attorney at Weinberger Law Group. She has experience in all facets of family law, including complex contested issues of custody, parenting time, child support, alimony and equitable distribution of assets. Ms. Vallejo’s other areas of practice include emancipation, modification of custody, enforcement of custody, paternity, and domestic violence matters. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese. Ms. Vallejo served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Zampino, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Ms. Vallejo graduated with a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a  B.A. inPolitical Science and Spanish, from Rutgers University. She has appeared on CNN Español and Telemundo television. Ms. Vallejo is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association, and Union County Trustee-Union County Bar Association. She is a volunteer attorney for the Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter, and Panelist for the Morris County Family Court-Early Settlement Program.
