Jacksonville, FL/LWW Press/May 14, 2012 – –Hector Morales Medina, Owner/Trainer with The Boxing Yard, a Boxing Gym going back old school with a training regimen that works, was selected for inclusion in the 2012 edition of The Latino American Who’s Who.

For over twenty-five years, Hector has been training in the art of boxing.  As a student of the “Old School”, he believes in fitness and technical awareness.  When Hector isn’t training champions, he is training people to be fit and active.  Since the inception of The Boxing Yard, he has been helping people achieve the health and fitness levels they never thought they could achieve, by the old school ways of good eating and lots of sweat.  He was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico where he learned his old school philosophy at the school of hard knocks.

Hector was on the Puerto Rican Olympic Boxing Team and was the Virginia State Boxing Champion.  He has been training since he was 9 years old.
